Data Match
This module allows to reconcile millions of records in seconds, being able to create thousands of automated matching scenarios through a flexible and easy to use user interface. It relates different data, looking for their equal pairs, i.e., reconciling data.
It is the learning instance, as the Conciliac EDM platform is taught the different criteria and rules to cross data sources and execute the corresponding reconciliations. This set of rules is established only once for each type of execution, being stored for future reconciliations.

Once the sources are selected, which can be FTPs, SharePoint, Data Bases, ERP, APIs or from Data Labs itself, or the non-conciliated records that were pending from previous executions are also brought in, the extraction logic is indicated and the files are uploaded already transformed.
Additionally, the platform will be able to eliminate duplications directly from the file being transformed, searching in other accounts if the records are repeated and if that is the case it eliminates them from the current file to be reconciled.
Once the reconciliation or match operation has been performed, the results can be exported in different formats, XLS, CSV, TXT, XLM, or returned to a database or ERP. It is also possible to issue a consolidated report based on this information.
In addition, this module contains a sub-module called Matching Processes for account management where templates can be created for different banks, inventories, credit card reconciliations, general reconciliations or any data matching process. Interactions are recorded, and statuses are labeled as approved, pending, or in execution.
