At Conciliac, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our thriving commercial team. You’ll play a key role in propelling our growth by fostering strong customer relationships and driving renewals. What You’ll Do:

  • Own the entire pre-sales process, from first contact with inbound leads to proactive outreach and funnel management.
  • Deliver impactful platform demos to qualify and convert leads.
  • Craft compelling quotes and proposals to close deals.
  • Follow up on proposals, negotiate effectively, and secure contracts.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand our reach.
  • Provide ongoing sales support and guidance to our partner network.
  • Maintain regular communication with current customers, fostering loyalty and engagement.
  • Proactively uncover opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our solutions.



  • Proven track record in commercial roles within the software industry, ideally across diverse territories.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) at a professional level (bilingual a plus).
  • Experience managing large accounts and selling SaaS solutions.
  • A natural leader with strong team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation expertise.
  • Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.



  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms like Pipedrive.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • A strong desire for professional growth and development.
  • Data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
