You’ll play a key role in propelling our growth by fostering strong customer relationships and driving renewals. What You’ll Do:
- Own the entire pre-sales process, from first contact with inbound leads to proactive outreach and funnel management.
- Deliver impactful platform demos to qualify and convert leads.
- Craft compelling quotes and proposals to close deals.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate effectively, and secure contracts.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand our reach.
- Provide ongoing sales support and guidance to our partner network.
- Maintain regular communication with current customers, fostering loyalty and engagement.
- Proactively uncover opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in commercial roles within the software industry, ideally across diverse territories.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) at a professional level (bilingual a plus).
- Experience managing large accounts and selling SaaS solutions.
- A natural leader with strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation expertise.
- Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
