We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our commercial team. It will take on the responsibility of the growth and renewal of our existing customer base. We need a self-driven, self-motivated business developer, enthusiastic about innovative technologies and capable of working in a challenging team.
What You Will Do:
- Pre-sales processes (first contact with inbound leads, research, outbound, proactive funnel)
- Demos of the platform to qualify leads
- Quotation and preparation of proposals
- Follow up over sent proposals, negotiation and contract
- Scouting, development and follow up on new partners
- Sales support to partners
- Regular contact with current customers
- Detection of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluent English (bi-lingual or professional level written and spoken)
- Experience in commercial roles in the software industry and in different territories
- Experience with large market accounts and SaaS
- Team management
- Great communications skills
- Analytical & Research Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Customer oriented and responsible attitude
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in working with CRMs (e.g., Pipe Drive)
- Skills in reporting and sales analytics
- Working experience in an international customers environment
