This position will be responsible for functional support of Conciliac products to our clients, providing training and consulting services. This role will be in charge of support tickets status and delivery to the technical team. Customer Support is extremely important for us and we hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. Support will be in Spanish & English, applicants need to speak both languages. To be successful in this role, you must be able to thrive in an environment where collaboration, client service, intelligence and tenacity are a must.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document functional incidents reported by our customers.
  • Provide functional support and consulting services to Conciliac customers.
  • Work with the technical and commercial team to carry out the analysis and resolution of the root cause.
  • Apply business knowledge and practical experience to recommend improvements to the system, product, or other appropriate actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Hold meetings with the customer to ensure their satisfaction with the service and establish their priorities.

 

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in similar positions
  • Experience using Zendesk or Jira.
  • Oral and written English, advanced level
  • Ability to analyze data and extract the root cause of system problems
  • Proactivity Sense of urgency and follow-up on issues
  • Analytical capacity
  • Effective communication
