What You Will Do:

  • Clients invoicing
  • Control and payment of sales and partners fees
  • Collection management
  • Supplierpayments
  • Customer and supplier accounts analysis
  • Banks reconciliation
  • Link with accounting offices
  • Accounting and commercial reports
  • Register operations in the ERP
  • Office management

 

Requirements:

  • English–professional level
  • Experience in administrative andaccounting management
  • Good communicationsSkills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Customer oriented and responsible attitude
  • Advanced ExcelKnowledge

 

Will be a great plus:

  • Power BI or similar
  • Seek of improvements based on analysis
