This document governs the use of the Website (as such term is defined below) of Conciliac S.A. CUIT 30-71230611-0, a company incorporated under the laws of the Argentine Republic, with registered address at Mariscal Antonio José de Sucre 1530, Torre Libérateur, Piso 9 Oficina 4 (C1428DUS) City of Buenos Aires, Argentina (hereinafter, "Conciliac").
Conciliac makes available to its users (the "Users") these terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions"), which describe the rights and responsibilities of Conciliac Users in relation to the Conciliac Website (the "Site" or "the Website").
Conciliac, through its Technology (hereinafter also, the "Application", "the Software", "Conciliac EDM", "Products" and/or "Services" interchangeably), provides expert tools for automating data management, and offers a simple solution to a complex task, making data management processes of all kinds easier, faster, and simpler.
In this regard, Conciliac creates, designs, develops, and licenses products and services conceived to comprehensively address a company's data management problems. Its main strength is that it enables the resolution of consolidation from different sources, cleansing and transformation, reconciliation, and other data processes, from the simplest cases to the most complex ones, which are impracticable for a human being or require unlimited hours of work.
The Technology can be used to automate and optimize the processes of consolidation, reconciliation, and transformation of data of any kind: banking, credit and debit cards, supplier payments, tax withholdings and collections, customer collections, corporate cards, balance-sheet closing reconciliations, current accounts, text matching in databases, inventory and payroll control, ticket issuance, among many others.
Users are informed that the acquisition and use of Conciliac's Technology may be subject to particular terms and conditions such as, for example, contracting terms and conditions (the "Agreement") and terms and conditions of use of the Technology (hereinafter, all of them together, the "Particular Terms" or "PT") which, as the case may be, replace, supplement, and/or modify these Website Terms & Conditions ("T&C" or Terms & Conditions, interchangeably) and the Privacy Policies ("PP").
By accessing, using, and/or filling out and submitting any form available in the Technology or on the Site, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood these T&C, or the applicable PT or the PP, and agrees that they will be bound by them and that, likewise, they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Technology and the Site.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE T&C, or the applicable PT or the PP, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR THE TECHNOLOGY IN ANY WAY.
Both the T&C and the PT and the PP may be modified periodically, which we will inform our Users of and, where applicable, we will request their consent to continue using the Technology and/or the Site, as appropriate.
Without prejudice to the T&C or PT to which each Product and/or Service offered by Conciliac is subject, each User will be responsible on their own behalf and will make the entity and/or legal person for which they work or provide services responsible for all activities that occur during the User's access to and use of the Site. Conciliac is not responsible for any loss or damage generated as a consequence of You not having provided Conciliac with accurate, truthful, or complete information.
You understand and accept that You and the entity and/or legal person for which You work or provide services are solely responsible for the content generated by You and for the information entered by You in our digital environments, such as the forms available on our site. In this regard, You release Conciliac from any claim by You or by third parties related to the information entered by You.
You, as a User who accepts these T&C, when doing so in the name and on behalf of an entity or legal person for which You work or provide services, declare under oath that You have sufficient authorization and/or powers to accept the T&C and the PP; making Yourself responsible for the obligations set forth herein on Your own behalf and on behalf of said entity or legal person, and for any damage caused by the falsity and/or inaccuracy contained in this declaration, and undertaking to hold Conciliac harmless from such damages.

3.3. License to Use the Site
Conciliac grants the User a non-transferable, free, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Site and download the files made available to them on the Site; unless there are other T&C or PT that establish a license with a different scope. The availability and operation of the Site may depend on third parties such as communication networks, software, hardware, servers, and the service providers of Conciliac's Users. Conciliac does not guarantee or ensure that the Site will operate at all times and without interruption, or that it is free of errors. Conciliac will also not be liable for any damage, harm, loss of profit, consequential damage, or loss to the User's equipment or the User's business, or to the person of the User and/or their authorized parties and/or third parties, originating from failures in the system, the technology, the Site, the servers, or the Internet.

(i) the Site will meet all of your requirements,

Conciliac requires the same confidentiality standards from its providers.
Conciliac may disclose a User's personal information in situations that compromise Conciliac's security in the face of a breach attempt, or of physical danger or threat against it or other users, our own protection, and/or that of third parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, although Conciliac makes its best effort to protect your information and your privacy, Conciliac reminds its Users that the protection of their privacy and security in digital environments also depends on each individual and on how they use their own information, as well as the way in which they use devices and/or programs and/or networks when carrying out activities and/or transactions. The User assumes that, despite all the efforts and the technological, economic, and human resources that Conciliac uses to guarantee the User's Security and Confidentiality, the measures taken are not infallible, so Conciliac cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality and security, which could eventually be affected by the actions of third parties. The User waives any claim against Conciliac in such an eventuality, understanding that Conciliac has made the maximum possible effort to avoid it with the technological, economic, and human resources it has. Should an eventuality of this type occur, Conciliac undertakes to notify the affected Users.
You accept that Conciliac will in no case be liable for any damage, inconvenience, harm, or violation of rights through the Site and the content and tools provided by Conciliac or those provided by other digital technologies on it or through Conciliac's digital environment, whatever its nature, that the User may suffer in their person or their property, or in the person or property of their employees, partners, contractors, associates, relatives, and/or any third party related in any way to the User.

You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless Conciliac and its Related Parties from and against any claim, liability, damages, loss of profit, or any other consequential damage, direct or indirect, for losses and expenses (including legal and professional fees) arising from or in any way related to third-party claims in connection with your use of the Technology and/or the Site, any violation of these T&C, or any other action in connection with the aforementioned use. In the event of a claim, you will be informed of it at the contact you have provided in your User account, provided that this is legally and factually possible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Conciliac states that the failure to notify with respect to any claim will not eliminate or reduce your indemnification obligation under this document.
Likewise, the User accepts and acknowledges that they will be entirely responsible and may in no way be exempted and/or limit their liability toward Conciliac for the actions, omissions, and use of the Technology and/or the Site by third-party Users authorized by the Client.

The Conciliac Technology and Site may contain links to other websites for your convenience and information. Those websites may be operated by entities that are not affiliated with Conciliac. Usually, these linked websites have their own privacy policies or notices, so we recommend that Users read them when visiting such sites.
At Conciliac we do not assume any responsibility for the links to third-party websites or for the content of websites other than ours, nor for the use made of such websites, nor for their privacy practices, beyond what is expressly indicated in these privacy policies.
At Conciliac we comply with the applicable personal data protection regulations.
When the User provides us with their personal information, we keep it in strict confidence and reserve. Conciliac will only use your data to the extent that your relationship with Conciliac is in force, and uses it strictly for the fulfillment of the purposes detailed above. In this regard, all your data will be stored in a database owned by Conciliac that is registered with the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data.
To guarantee the security of your personal data, we adopt administrative, organizational, technical, and physical security measures specially designed to protect the personal data you provide us against its accidental, illegal, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, communication, or use. We apply the same criteria and the same degree of diligence that Conciliac applies to safeguard its own information. We take into account the security standards and procedures established by the regulations on the matter, and we continually evaluate new technologies to protect that information.
Nevertheless, as is well known, the existing technical means that provide security are not impregnable, and even when we adopt all reasonable security precautions, it is possible to suffer manipulation, destruction, and/or loss of information.
For all these reasons, when the User considers that their interaction with Conciliac is no longer secure (for example, if the User believes that the security of their account has been put at risk), we ask that they notify such circumstance immediately using the communication channels we indicate in the "Data Controller – Contact" section.
We will retain the personal data of our Users while their relationship with us is in force. Once the relationship with the User has ended, we will retain their personal information for 10 (ten) years and/or for the additional period required by applicable legislation for accounting and/or legal purposes.
At all times, the User may contact us, through our contact channels, to complain about a violation of their rights with respect to the processing of their personal data. In such a circumstance, we will take care to correct such situation as soon as possible.
Nevertheless, if the User considers that they have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of their rights, they may file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), domiciled at Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, floor 5 – Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, which is the control body for Law No. 25,326, and which has the authority to handle the complaints and claims filed in relation to the breach of the rules on the protection of personal data.
Conciliac may make modifications or updates to these Privacy Policies to reflect the changes introduced in our practices regarding personal data, and as required by the Personal Data Protection Regulations.
Where applicable, Conciliac will make available to the User the information about the changes made, and Users will have to accept the new policies again, providing their consent once more for the processing of their Personal Data. In the event that the User does not wish to provide consent upon a modification of this policy, they will not be able to continue using the Conciliac Technology and/or Site.
For any inquiry regarding these policies, we make the following contact method available: soporte@conciliac.com.
Any matter between Conciliac and the User will be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, excluding any rule that refers to the application of a foreign law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
