Implementation Consultant

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant you’ll help our clients adopt the Conciliac platform: guiding them through a seamless onboarding and the technical adoption of our data reconciliation solution. It’s an ideal role if you come from an IT or software implementation background.

Responsibilities

• Implement Conciliac’s solution for clients, from installation to initial configuration.
• Provide first-level technical support and guide clients in using the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to installation, connectivity and application usage.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive implementation experience.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows and SQL Server.
• Educational background in IT, computer science or related fields.
• Previous experience in software implementation or technical support (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• English proficiency (desirable, not mandatory).
• Proactive, fast learner and results-oriented.
• Junior to Semi-Senior profile · 1 to 2 years of experience.
