About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive commercial growth across LATAM: building customer relationships, managing renewals and expanding our market presence with the Conciliac data reconciliation and management platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales process, from first contact through pipeline management.
- Deliver personalized platform demos highlighting reconciliation automation.
- Create tailored proposals and business cases for each client’s data management needs.
- Negotiate and close long-term contracts.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities as each account evolves.
- Develop relationships with strategic partners in data-critical industries.
- Support partner-led sales efforts with the right tools and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven sales or account management experience in data management, reconciliation or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of data reconciliation, data matching and automation technologies.
- Background selling solutions for complex data challenges in finance, operations or compliance.
- Large-account management experience with measurable outcomes.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); bilingual proficiency a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset able to grasp complex data workflows.
- Customer-centric approach focused on ROI and long-term value.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Preferred: CRM expertise (Pipedrive), reconciliation tools, international client experience, finance/accounting/audit knowledge and B2B consultative selling.
